A taste of the table
Every ribbon of tagliatelle, every sheet of lasagna, is made by hand each morning on the same marble counter Graziella started with. The bread is baked downstairs. The sugo takes all day. Nothing here is in a hurry — least of all dinner.

Our family
It started with one nonna, a wooden board, and a pot of sugo already on the stove.
In 1987, Graziella Conti rolled her first sheet of pasta on a marble counter on James Street North. She cooked the way her mother did in Abruzzo: slowly, generously, for whoever walked in.
Nearly forty years on, her grandchildren run the dining room and her recipes still run the kitchen. Very little has changed, and we'd like to keep it that way.
